Satish Nenmali Seshadri
Who now runs a Gurukul in India, and Priest Manikandan, whose devotion sparked the café’s beginnings, are the original founders who brought their dream of sharing South Indian cuisine to life.
SV Café is a reflection of my love for South Indian culture, spirituality, and cuisine. When we founded this café, it wasn’t just about food; it was about preserving a legacy—a legacy of tradition, devotion, and the vibrant flavors that have been part of our lives for generations.
As I continue my work leading a Gurukul in Chennai, India, I am deeply grateful that a percentage of the café’s profits contribute to nurturing young minds and preserving our spiritual and cultural heritage. It brings me immense joy to know that every meal served at SV Café not only delights its guests but also helps sustain this mission.
My heartfelt thanks go to the dedicated team at SV Café who ensure that every dish remains true to its roots and to our guests who embrace and celebrate our culture through food. Together, we are keeping this beautiful legacy alive.
